About me

I bring that approach to my teaching now. People come to yoga for all kinds of reasons, and everyone needs something different from a class. My teaching reflects that - recognising individuality and keeping things genuinely inclusive.
My style is supportive, encouraging and down to earth. One of my favourite parts of teaching is helping someone do something they didn’t think they could, whether it’s their first downward dog or a posture they’ve been working towards for months.

Alongside yoga, I’m also interested in tarot and crystals, which I bring into 1:1 sessions when it suits the person and the practice.
I live in Bristol with my family and our ginger cat, Yoshi, who often decides the mat is his spot too!
I first came to yoga over 17 years ago through my love of fitness - at the time, simply a way to move my body.
I’d done gymnastics as a child and later got into acrobatics as an adult, so Rocket Yoga quickly felt like a natural fit for me: challenging, genuinely fun, and brilliant for building confidence.
As life changed, so did the classes I needed. There were stretches where something gentler, like Yin Yoga, was exactly what I needed, and those slower practices have become just as important to me as the high‑energy ones.
Frequently Asked Questions
What styles do you teach?
Classes are held in my calm, serene home studio in Southville, just a 5‑minute walk from Wapping Wharf. In the summer, I also offer sessions in my garden for a refreshing outdoor experience.
I can travel to your space at no extra cost within BS3, Clifton, or Redland. My aim is to keep things flexible and fit around your life. If you’re based further afield, just get in touch and we can explore options.
How much do your 1:1 classes cost?
It's £39 for a 1 hour 1:1 class either at my space or yours.
Can I bring a friend?
Every session is adapted to how you’re feeling and what you need that day. Your preferred style can shift over time, and we adjust together as life evolves. As a starting point, I offer three yoga packages
Rest & Reset – Slow, restorative, and deeply relaxing.
Energise & Flow – Uplifting, dynamic Rocket-inspired movement.
Holistic Yoga – A blend of chakra work, tarot, and aromatherapy.
Can I bring my baby or toddler?
Absolutely. I offer mobile classes to make yoga more accessible for busy lives. As a mum myself, I know how hard it can be to get out of the house, so babies and toddlers are always welcome. We’ll shape the session around whatever you need - pausing to feed, taking a moment to rest, or giving your toddler some play time. I can even bring a few toys along to help keep little ones entertained.
What are your qualifications?
I qualified in 2023 at the Spirit Sadhana School in Barcelona, completing a 300‑hour programme focused on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured by Insure4Sport
Where do your classes take place?
Yes! More the merrier - 1:2 or 1:3 classes are £15 or £20 supplement respectively.
